Her mission is simple yet powerful: to provide outstanding customer service before and after the sale, conduct thorough due diligence throughout the process, and leverage her extensive industry knowledge to negotiate the best possible results for her clients.
Linda’s background is uniquely comprehensive. She has deep expertise in mortgage lending, having worked in underwriting, processing, and ownership—successfully running two mortgage companies and managing two others. She was also a licensed title agent in 38 states and has reviewed appraisals across all 254 counties in Texas. This rare combination of experience gives her clients a significant advantage, as she understands every facet of the transaction from start to finish.
In addition to her hands-on experience, Linda is passionate about education and mentorship. She has served as a certified instructor for one of the largest real estate companies in the world, teaching classes and training agents at all stages of their careers. She continues to mentor and develop agents nationwide, supported by a robust network she has built over the past 15 years, including hundreds of agents across the country and nearly 90 professionals on her local team.
Linda has also been recognized for her ability to educate consumers. She was selected by one of the largest lenders in the world to travel throughout the Southwest United States, teaching homebuyers how to successfully navigate the purchasing process.
She has a special passion for working with seniors and first-time homebuyers—two groups who benefit greatly from her patience, guidance, and deep understanding of the market.
Beyond real estate, Linda is deeply committed to her community. She actively volunteers with organizations such as Rotary International, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Project Angel Heart, Rodeo Austin, local food pantries, veteran organizations, and housing initiatives including HOME (Housing Opportunities for Musicians and Entertainers).
